Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information
• Provide information and assistance to prospective customers
• Process new applications and payments over the phone
• Update and maintain customer account information
• Document customer concerns and resolve issues accurately
• Perform account maintenance, including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
• Explain account terms, conditions, policies, and procedures
• Conduct follow-up correspondence through email and mail
• Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively addressing customer needs

• High School Diploma or GED (required for onboarding)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Positive and professional attitude

• Customer service experience
• Call center experience is a plus but not required
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
