- Handling inbound calls and some follow up

calls

 

- Answers calls and questions on prior

authorization, general questions and some confidential information

customer service with high level attention to detail. 

 

- Entering information accurately Measured on

Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on

complexity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
