Customer Service Representative Records Center

Status: Full-time Schedule: 8.50 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:00 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year Minimum Hourly Salary: $22.56

Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for expediting the retrieval of inmates' academic records (public and private schools) to prevent repeated screening & assessments and minimizing the time necessary for transferring records from various education agencies. Completion of all necessary clerical and administrative tasks associated with the Records Center, and general support of the conference center operations.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Education Required: High school diploma or GED. Experienced Required: Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience Other Qualifications: Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills Tact and diplomacy Effective listening and communication skills, both written & verbal, with an important emphasis on professional, customer-oriented phone etiquette Self-directed with effective time management and a proven ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and manage stress while maintaining productivity. Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information. Strong computer and software knowledge Microsoft O365 MS TEAMS, OneDrive, and SharePoint Utilization of VOIP telecoms systems Record Management Databases/Solutions
