Senior Graphic & Digital Designer

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer based in Oglesby, IL for an onsite role within TAG’s Creative organization. This position is fully dedicated to Chapter, with ownership over design, development, and production for multi-channel marketing and campaign work, collaborating closely with marketing and other teams to build standards, systems, and creative that supports performance. As a senior designer, you’ll help shape how Chapter shows up across every guest touchpoint, from concepting through final delivery, while keeping production accurate, timelines tight, and outputs aligned to brand and storytelling goals. What you’ll do Lead the design, development, and production of marketing and campaign materials across web , email/CRM , social , display , and national and regional advertising . Develop and maintain design standards and contribute to campaign concepting . Build and maintain style guides and design systems that support a consistent, elevated brand experience for guests. Create design solutions that follow campaign thematic and brand guidelines to effectively sell services , deliver related brand messages, or educate customers in an engaging way. Ensure each project meets all production specifications and is delivered on time . Use appropriate digital techniques including animation , video , and micro-interactions as needed. Partner with creative team members to concept and develop integrated marketing solutions for internal and external audiences . Support breakthrough creative through a thematic brand approach covering visual and voice standards, activation ideas, and tactical promotion. Assist in creating final style guides to be shared with both internal and external partners. Produce accurate and complete work including versioning for review sessions. Execute proof corrections within the schedule window, prep and release files , and manage iterative assets in a test & learn environment. Accurately tag and upload work into the proper tools including the DAM (digital asset management). Develop plans for new asset creation in partnership with the Creative Director and other team partners. Select and edit photographic assets according to agreed design direction; may also create/edit video , gifs , and other digital assets. Create infographics and other engaging content to explain processes, story, and advance nurture streams in engaging ways. Drive open rates and clicks . Research related subject matter to maintain visual and voice authenticity in creative. Work with the Brand and Content team to align creative output with brand direction and storytelling goals. Partner with the Performance team to understand what creative works and what does not, using data to improve future work. Work within the COE (Center of Excellence) to learn creative best practices across TAG companies and apply relevant learnings to Chapter. Maintain excellent communication with studio crew and collaborate across functions, staying flexible in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll need Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, plus 5-10 years experience . A proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution . A digitally focused portfolio . Experience designing for health/beauty , retail , or luxury brands . Figma expert . Adobe Creative Suite plus experience with basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation . Mastery of Figma and Adobe tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign , along with proficiency in video editing and motion/animation tools . Strong digital art direction with an expert eye for typography , layout , color , and UI design . Experience designing across web , email/CRM , social , display , and paid advertising . Ability to build and maintain design systems , style guides , and brand standards . Proficiency with DAM workflows and production file preparation. Familiarity with test & learn environments and iterative creative production. High collaboration and clear communication, with strong attention to detail and troubleshooting/problem solving.
