Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate residents' mobility and physical capabilities.
- Create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing functionality, safety, and independence.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support residents' needs.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to monitor and document patient progress.
- Provide education to residents and their families regarding treatment and wellness strategies.
- Encourage a holistic approach to health and well-being within the community.
