The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity, and the ability to follow strict clean room and quality guidelines. This is a first-shift position, typically running from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with overtime available after the shift as needed (currently voluntary but subject to change).
Responsibilities
- Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCB-A) and small parts in a clean room environment while following established procedures.

- Follow clean room guidelines and maintain a sterile, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and technical documents to perform accurate assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products visually and under magnification to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Package medical devices and components according to defined procedures and quality requirements.
- Use computers and software to connect devices via Bluetooth and run tests as part of the assembly and verification process.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
- Communicate any defects, issues, or process concerns to the appropriate team members to support continuous improvement.
- Work both independently and as part of a small team to complete daily production assignments.
- Handle glues, epoxies, and other assembly materials safely and accurately when required.
- Support laser welding-related tasks if experienced, or learn basic concepts as needed for specific assemblies.
Essential Skills

- Demonstrated experience working in a clean room and adhering to clean room guidelines and protocols.
- Ability to assemble small components and medical devices under a microscope with high precision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for fine, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
- Comfort using computers and software, including connecting devices via Bluetooth and testing via software (self-assessed confidence on a scale of 1–10).
- Experience with general assembly, including handling and packaging of medical products.
- Knowledge of and adherence to clean room best practices and standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with glue or epoxies in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Any exposure to laser welding processes in a production or medical device context.
- Prior experience with medical device packaging processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with operating microscopes designed for ergonomic use, such as modern inspection systems.
- Ability to adapt to new tools, software, and testing methods as products and processes evolve.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and support staff.
- Comfort working in a small, growing team environment where responsibilities may expand over time.
Why Work Here?
You will join a growing, cutting-edge medical device organization that values quality, precision, and teamwork. The company offers a stable first-shift schedule with the opportunity for overtime as needed, providing flexibility for those who want additional hours. All federal holidays are paid, even while working through a staffing partner, supporting work-life balance and financial stability. You will work with modern equipment and tools in a clean, professional environment and have the opportunity to grow alongside a small, collaborative team as the operation expands.
Work Environment
Work takes place in a clean room environment with a small team of approximately six people, with plans to grow over the year. Team members work at individual workstations positioned close to each other, fostering collaboration and communication. You can perform tasks either sitting or standing, depending on comfort and task requirements.
