Type: Part-time, Per Diem - You make your own schedule We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to join our home care team!
If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, having flexibility in your schedule, and making a real difference, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
- Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients and families
- Complete simple, timely documentation
- Work independently with support from our clinical team
- Licensed OT, PT, or ST in New York
- Home care experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own schedule
