Human Capital Management, Business Partner, Vice President – Salt Lake City/Dallas Goldman Sachs is recruiting an HR Business Partner who will provide analytic and talent management support for a global division. The role spans the full spectrum of talent management processes including performance management, leadership pipeline, manager excellence, compensation, pulse survey, and organizational design. Your Impact An HR Business Partner will support the division’s people strategy, enabling divisional business strategy through data analysis and talent initiatives. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Partner with Business Partners to advise senior stakeholders on people and talent strategies. Facilitate key annual processes and provide reporting and analytics on people metrics and trends. Project manage people development initiatives and leadership presentations for the division. Execute people development processes including talent management, promotions, performance management, and year‑end compensation. Collaborate with HCM colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recruiting, training, global mobility and employee relations. Skills & Experience We’re Looking For 10+ years of relevant work experience. Comfortable working with large data sets and presenting clear, compelling stories. Proficient in Excel, including macros, VLOOKUPs, compensation models and pivot tables. Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strategic thinking, anticipation of problems and effective escalation. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Client‑service focus and strong relationship‑building abilities. Flexibility to work across diverse projects and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments under pressure. Self‑motivated and comfortable in an autonomous yet collaborative global setting. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
