We are currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the implementation and management of the schedule Utilize the software provided (COVR) to create master schedule Fill shift openings and replace when staff call-in Act as customer service liaison for the facility employees Contact residents to ensure that all of their needs are met and the experience is positive Assist residents, family members and visitors with any special requests or arrangements Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills: 1-2 years' experience preferred Ideal candidate will have current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin Professional enthusiastic attitude Strong communication skills Self-motivated Shows initiative in daily work Join our team as the Staffing Coordinator and help make a real difference!
