Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience required

License: Valid state license required at time of submission

Certifications: Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred

Must-Have:

• Ability to fill in for charge nurse as needed
• Must provide proof of license at time of submission
• RTO (Requests for Time Off) only approved at time of submission

Description: Inpatient hospital and rehabilitation setting experience is needed. The ability to fill in for charge nurse as needed is required. On-call duty is not required. This unit has only one type of patient; all patients are acute inpatient rehabilitation. Weekend work is required every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted. Any call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior. Candidates should be motivated and compassionate, caring for patients who typically stay about 14 days. Applicants should have experience charting in a specified electronic health record system. Candidates will be working with acute rehabilitation patients.
