CNC Machinist

We are looking for a dedicated, safety-conscious Entry-Level CNC Machinist to join our production team in South Windsor, CT. If you have recently completed a precision manufacturing program and are eager to launch your career in machining, we want to hear from you! One year of post-graduation experience is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Quick details on the role:

• Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Mon–Thu (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM) & Every Other Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) 
• Enjoy alternating 3-day weekends!

Responsibilities

• Run CNC mills and CNC lathes using vises, fixtures, and rotary indexers.
• Use standard gaging equipment to check parts and maintain strict quality standards.
• Make minor tool adjustments and changes as needed to keep production flowing.
• Assist other operators, perform secondary operations, and help maintain equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE (safety glasses and composite-toe shoes), and keep a clean work area.
• Accurately fill out inspection sheets, work orders, and process records.
• Education: Completion of a precision manufacturing program (Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in CNC manufacturing is highly preferred, but recent program graduates are welcome!

Core Skills:

• Must have hands-on experience with CNC Mills.
• Experience with HAAS equipment is a major plus.
• Good basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by U.S. export control laws) and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
