Youth Summer Camp Assistant (Temporary)

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to serve as Summer Camp Assistants for our short-term college-sponsored camp. This temporary role is ideal for high school or college students who enjoy working with children and are committed to creating a fun, safe, and engaging camp experience. Primary Responsibilities Supervise groups of campers through scheduled activities. Maintain a safe and positive environment in accordance with college safety protocols. Assist lead instructors with setup, breakdown, and organization of equipment. Serve as a role model and mentor, promoting teamwork and respect among campers. Requirements Age: Minimum 16 years old by the start of camp. Education: Current high school or college student in good standing. Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience and adaptability in dynamic environments Ability to lead and supervise small groups of campers Additional Information This is a temporary position for the duration of the camp session.
