Information Technology Support Analyst

This is a full-time onsite opportunity for a technology professional with experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting user issues, and managing service requests in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $30,000 - $35,000 annual gross salary, inclusive of applicable benefits Requirements Local North Carolina candidates only Green Card Holders (GC) or U.S. Citizens (USC) only Must be available for full-time onsite work in Charlotte, NC Must be able to attend an in-person interview Minimum 3 years of relevant IT/Application Support experience Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level application support to end users Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests through a ticketing system Troubleshoot application and system issues and escalate when necessary Manage user accounts, password assistance, and access-related requests Document support procedures and technical processes Perform application health checks and system monitoring Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and user support Create reports and maintain support documentation Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues Support training initiatives and onboarding activities Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness Required Skills Application Support Incident & Ticket Management User Account Administration Password Resets & Access Management Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution Microsoft Office / Business Applications Support LMS Administration (preferred) Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Experience supporting enterprise applications Experience with ticketing or incident management systems Experience creating reports and support documentation Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr accel bi corporation
