SkillBridge: Production Test Engineer

Position Overview Raytheon Production Test Engineer – SkillBridge Program, on‑site position in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of technical tasks, including process, test, troubleshoot, and repair of Digital, Analog, and RF equipment. Observe, analyze, and report test data; perform tests; utilize engineering drawings, manuals, and other documentation. Assist in planning complex tests to evaluate equipment performance. Use analytical tools to analyze and simulate hardware testing designs prior to program execution. Potentially work on Analog, Digital, and High‑Voltage circuits. Engage in training and mentorship opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). Minimum 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and testing RF, Digital, and Analog circuitry. Experience with technical drawings. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Zoom). Experience with general‑purpose and program‑specific test equipment. Ability to develop test software and procedures for analog/digital assemblies to fault‑isolate components.
