Role Description The Hospital Manager at PetVet Care Centers is a full-time, on-site role based in TX. This position oversees the daily operations of the veterinary hospital, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure efficient and high-quality patient and client care. The Hospital Manager is responsible for supervising practice management activities such as maintaining hospital protocols, coordinating with veterinarians and support staff, and supporting a positive, collaborative work environment. The role includes managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and supporting revenue growth while controlling expenses. Daily responsibilities also involve handling client concerns, promoting excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication across the team, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Practice Management and Hospital Management to oversee operations and support clinical teams. Strong Customer Service abilities to address client needs, resolve concerns, and uphold a positive hospital experience. Experience with Budgeting and basic financial oversight, including monitoring expenses and supporting revenue goals. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate teamwork and convey information clearly. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare environment preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with practice management or business software and comfort working with data and reports.
