Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team and helps create an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. The role welcomes clients, connects them with appropriate associates, and assists across store areas as business needs require. Responsibilities Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates suited to their needs. Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences. Respond to client requests and connect escalated issues with store management. Introduce relevant services and support clients with package carry-out or delivery. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with the ability to sell products and services. Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
