Job Responsibilities Plan, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy to meet our company's evolving needs Monitor staffing needs and take proactive actions to ensure we have the right staff, at the right time, for each facility Collaborate with staffing agencies to fill open positions and ensure a stable workforce Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop targeted strategies to attract top talent Assist in candidate screening and interviewing to ensure we hire the best candidates for our team Design and plan work shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and employee satisfaction Create, present, and submit reports to management to provide insights into our staffing operations Job Requirements 1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of staffing policies and procedures Long-term care facility experience preferred, with knowledge of the unique staffing challenges and opportunities in this sector Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and vendors Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions Reliable with respect to confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Salary: $20 - $30 Job Type: FULL_TIME Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Please join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr premierburlington
