Program Coordinator

Overview Support coordination and implementation of PMGC Programs and services, including on‑demand, live, virtual, consulting, and coaching engagements. Provide production of workflows, workstreams and project plans to deliver project objectives within the organization’s project management framework. Responsibilities Coordinate and support PMGC program implementation and administration. Develop and maintain project schedules, prioritize tasks, and create project/workplan documents. Identify, elicit, and document project and process requirements; evaluate benefits and potential solutions. Coordinate with speakers, vendors, partners, or SMEs to ensure smooth event execution (scheduling, logistics, material coordination). Use systems, processes, and tools to uphold quality and consistency in participant tracking and participation management. Prepare and summarize information or data for special presentation reports. Leverage technology and process mindset to automate, scale, and improve processes. Draft project review reports and presentations, providing key information, commentary, and recommendations. Draft implementation plans and maintain documentation and traceability throughout projects. Support cross‑functional business system modules, models, and enhancements. Assist in planning and implementing change initiatives or enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Prioritize components across risk, activity, and stakeholder contexts throughout project life cycles. Juggle ongoing implementation needs with longer‑term planning and projects. Utilize tools such as AECRM, Eloqua, Tableau, and project management platforms. Create and interpret process maps and flowcharts. Prepare reports, summaries, surveys, and written recommendations. Present oral and written presentations internally. Measure and report on milestone status. Manage project information lifecycle (planning, collection, creation, distribution, retrieval, storage, archiving). Facilitate information‑gathering sessions, incorporating diverse perspectives into specifications. Apply analytical skills to resolve complex problems and model financial impact. Negotiate resources, build relationships, and influence teams. Provide high‑level customer service and effective communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience (preferred 3‑6 years). Experience with project management, cross‑functional coordination, and change initiatives. Proficiency in office software and required applications. Travel less than 25% of the time.
