As an Employment Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission-matching job seekers with the right roles and helping businesses grow with top talent. You'll handle job orders, recruit amazing candidates, and hit performance goals-all while building meaningful relationships. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take and manage client job orders with precision
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform background/reference checks
- Understand client needs to make successful placements
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Achieve individual and team goals for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree/certifications a plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Comfortable leveraging social media for recruiting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Knowledge of employment laws is a bonus
