Joining a high-performing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Inside Broker will market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial property business while working in a hybrid or fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial property business Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions Negotiate complex renewals and new placements with top insurance carriers and wholesale markets Required qualifications Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license 5+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience Strong background in Commercial Property placements Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows for large, complex commercial property accounts Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
