The Department of Economic Security – Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in Phoenix is seeking a Human Resources Operations Analyst to support personnel actions, classification, salary analysis and reporting. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with DES policies and state regulations while delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers.
