SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support a DHS contract. This is a remote position. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts. Configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements. Supporting data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition. Conducting thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, an active security clearance (DHS or Secret DOD preferred and able to obtain a DHS Public Trust), experience developing and maintaining advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts, strong JavaScript abilities, experience configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements, strong communication skills, familiarity with the agile methodology, and experience working on agile scrum teams. Must be able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must reside in the United States (U.S.) and the work must be performed in the United States. U.S. citizenship is required.
