Phlebotomist - 2nd shift

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for second-shift patient blood collection at an Ascension facility in Mequon, Wisconsin. The role involves specimen collection, data entry, patient service, and administrative duties with a rotating Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Provide customer service and handle administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Minimum six months phlebotomist experience (or certification in lieu)
• Proven exceptional customer service track record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation; pass color blindness test
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
