Project Manager - Integrated Security Systems Tempe, AZ Overview DH Pace Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Security Systems division located in Tempe, Arizona. We sell, service and install security system equipment for commercial customers. DH Pace is a family-owned and privately held company with extensive experience in distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of security products for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Responsibilities Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems. Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project. Ensure Access Control, CCTV and related security products are properly installed and functioning to the customer’s satisfaction. Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and resource allocation for project phases. Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority while providing technical advice and troubleshooting. Direct and coordinate activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed. Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or resolve problems. Responsible for the financial success of projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Experienced Project Manager in Commercial Security Systems. Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word processing software. Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization and project management skills. Travel: 5-15% of the time.
