Bartender

Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes Familiarity with retail math and sales techniques Understanding of brewing processes and beer styles is a plus Strong math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions Experience in catering or event bartending is beneficial Proficiency in using Revel POS or similar point-of-sale systems If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
