Membership Executive

Freedom Boat Club is the world’s largest members‑only boat club, with 400+ locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and beyond. We take the hassle out of boating, offering our members unlimited access to a fleet of boats without the need for ownership. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven Membership Executive to help expand our boating family at Freedom Boat Club of North Texas! What You’ll Do Using the CRM to track, analyze and contact sales leads and report on sales metrics Generating and qualifying leads through outreach, local networking, and event participation Hosting tours, demos, and one‑on‑one consultations to showcase club benefits Educating prospects on membership options, pricing, and value Closing sales and onboarding new members with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborating with the dock and operations teams to ensure a smooth new member experience What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or membership‑based sales roles Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for boating or outdoor recreation is a plus Self‑motivated with a goal‑driven mindset Available to work weekends, holidays and attend local events as needed Valid driver’s license Why Join Us?
