We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team and support both à la carte service and banquets/events alongside Chef Sergio Ortega. Chef Sergio’s seasonal, produce-driven approach has been shaped through acclaimed kitchens including AnQi, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Atla Venice alongside Enrique Olvera , and Botanica Los Angeles, as well as restaurant experiences across Mexico and Australia.Comprehensive benefits package including:
- A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a culinary-driven, well-rated restaurant or hotel
- Prior success in running expo and working all stations in a busy kitchen
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing scheduling
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly line cook team
- Ability to drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce
