What We Offer $19–$29/hour, depending on experience PTO: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with eligibility after 90 days 7 paid holidays Full benefits details: tituswilljobs.com/hourly-non-commissioned-full-time-benefits What You'll Do Support the maintenance team in the upkeep of all Titus-Will facilities Handle a mix of pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical tasks Learn hands-on from our experienced maintenance team Work independently with strong attention to detail — no two days look the same Take on other duties as assigned What We're Looking For A positive, can-do attitude and genuine eagerness to learn Comfortable delivering professional, best-in-class service High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation — every day, on time Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Availability Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts Titus-Will is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
