At The Figueroa Firm, we fight for injured workers — people who are often vulnerable, underserved, and in desperate need of strong legal representation. Based in Santa Ana, CA, our firm is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a bilingual attorney who shares our passion for justice to join our team full-time.

No prior experience in workers' comp required. Your California license, your bilingual skills, and your drive are what matter most.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials
- Develop and manage client relationships — conducting consultations and updates in English and Spanish
- Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents
- Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
