Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and creating tailored treatment plans that align with individual patient goals.
• Instructing patients on effective therapeutic exercise techniques to promote healing and mobility.
• Administering massage and other stimulation therapies to facilitate recovery.
• Assisting patients with mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring their safe and effective use.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously through updated records, tracking milestones and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing patient education and support for at-home exercises, enabling family involvement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic welcomes a diverse patient population, ranging from children to seniors, each with unique diagnoses and rehabilitation needs. You will engage with patients facing various challenges, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess the following qualifications:

• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.

• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

Preferred Experience
