Work Environment

The work setting for this role is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. You will be part of a collaborative effort among a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including other physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare assistants. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed reviews of medical histories and physical assessments, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring their participation in goal-setting and treatment decisions.
• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation protocols based on current evidence-based practices and the patient's specific needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment results meticulously in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to remain current with industry innovations and enhance patient care strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to contribute insights and collaborate on complex patient cases.
• Assist in the mentorship of junior therapists and staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
