The Physical Therapist will be based in our outpatient office located in the vibrant city of West Palm Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring alignment with their personal goals for recovery.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions utilizing diagnostic and prognostic testing to assess muscle, nerve, and joint functions.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of treatment plans, ensuring adherence to prescribed techniques and modifications when necessary.
• Implement therapeutic exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities such as traction and massage to alleviate pain and enhance function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient progress and refine rehabilitation strategies during case conferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including evaluations and treatment notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercise programs, and the effective use of therapeutic devices to promote independence.
• Evaluate and recommend modifications or adjustments to orthotic and prosthetic devices in collaboration with referring physicians.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid PT license in the State of Florida.
