Work Environment

This position offers the opportunity to work onsite with patients in their homes across Lake Worth and surrounding areas. Your schedule will primarily consist of weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a predictable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish baselines and understand individual needs for treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and prescriptive exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting changes in condition and modifying treatment strategies as appropriate to help patients achieve their recovery milestones.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on therapeutic interventions, recovery timelines, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and provide continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes and enhance care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Active Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience
