INSURANCE LICENSING CLERK - DOWNTOWN, OAHU (OHHI)

The immediate vacancy is with the Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs. This recruitment is being conducted under the Operation Hire Hawaii (OH-HI) project, a targeted outreach initiative featuring an expedited hiring process, fast-tracking qualified applicants into job opportunities throughout Hawaii. LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK:

BASIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Experience which demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English, and the ability to make basic mathematical computations, including percentages and averages. Graduation from high school, or equivalent, may be substituted for the experience.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of progressively responsible office work experience which involved the performance of a variety of clerical work including the review and processing of material (e.g., forms, documents, etc.) for completion, accuracy and conformance to standards.
