Compensation: $250,000 - $325,000 / year Department: Veterinarians Location: Hickory, North Carolina Description Carolina Animal Specialty and Emergency (CASE) is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained, Board-Eligible Veterinary Surgeon to join our collaborative, multi-specialty team in Hickory, North Carolina. This role is available full-time or part-time and offers the opportunity to practice advanced surgery in a highly equipped, referral-driven hospital with a long-standing reputation for excellence. Our Core Values Compassionate Care Always Prepared Supportive Excellence Walk Into an Immediate, High-Volume Caseload This is a rare opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join a hospital with immediate case demand and proven growth potential. Due to the strength of our referral network and current surgeon capacity, we are currently turning away 3–5 surgical cases each day . A second surgeon will have the opportunity to step into an already established, high-volume caseload from day one, with strong support from emergency clinicians, specialty partners, and an experienced technical team.
