Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license required, with credentials valid for school-based practice
• Background working with pediatric populations or students in educational settings
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation within the school OT framework
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to partner with educators, families, and related service providers
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students under IEPs or 504 plans, including assessment, goal-setting, direct and consultative interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for supports or modifications
• Adapt activities, materials, and environments to maximize student participation and success
• Work closely with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care and carry-over of strategies
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where students can develop critical life and academic skills
