We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a flexible contract opportunity working with students from preschool through 5th grade. You’ll help foster student growth and independence while collaborating closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

This assignment offers flexibility: fulfill the full 40-hour schedule over five days per week, or partner with another therapist and divide the week (two or three days each). You’ll manage approximately 40 students across two sites (one with 25 students, the other with 15), ensuring each child receives individualized care.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid OT license in California
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in conducting OT assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in preschool through 5th grade
• Participate actively as a member of the IEP team, contributing valuable insight and expertise
• Complete initial and re-evaluations as needed
• Document progress and develop updates for IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse abilities and needs
