SCPFO Procurement Analyst

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Procurement Analyst on to the team. This person will Support Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of sourcing and contracting initiatives. Supports analytical work including but not limited to: spend analytics, market complexity, data collection, performance metrics, risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting. Assists with sourcing strategy development, decision making, and contract negotiations. May lead or direct less complex sourcing activities. Estimated pay 25-30/HR

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills desired.
- Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) desired with an ability to communicate with business partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.
