Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction Location: Cape Canaveral, FL Experience: 5–8 Years We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee earthwork, underground utility, and site development projects in the Cape Canaveral area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction operations, project financials, scheduling, and team coordination. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and change orders Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and owners Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications 5–8 years of heavy civil construction experience Experience with earthwork, mass grading, underground utilities, and site development Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and client management Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications Experience with HCSS, AGTEK, and/or Bid2Win preferred Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Join a well-established and growing heavy civil contractor offering competitive compensation, strong project backlog, and excellent long-term career growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
