Park6 Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of corporate events, promotional activities, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered professionally, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the company's high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee company events from concept through completion.
• Manage event schedules, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers.
• Assist in developing event budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and available.
• Communicate with internal departments to support successful event execution.
• Handle event registration, attendee coordination, and guest experience.
• Resolve logistical challenges efficiently during event operations.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
• Maintain organized event documentation and records.
