Position Summary
BrightStar Care is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Skilled Marketer to drive growth of our skilled nursing services across all territories. This individual will be responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing skilled admissions, and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers while also leading digital marketing initiatives that enhance our online presence and generate qualified leads.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable meeting with physicians, specialty pharmacies, workers' compensation professionals, and hospital discharge planners as they are analyzing website traffic, improving SEO, managing online reputation, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to increase business growth.
This position requires a strategic thinker who understands both traditional healthcare business development and modern digital marketing.

Wage: Based on Experience

Primary Responsibilities
Skilled Business Development
Develop and maintain referral relationships with:

• Specialty pharmacies
• Infusion pharmacies
• Hospital discharge planners
• Nurse case managers
• Workers' compensation adjusters
• Occupational medicine clinics
• Physicians and physician groups
• Rehabilitation facilities
• Surgical centers
• Insurance carriers
• Third-party administrators
• Case management companies

Generate referrals for:

• Infusion therapy
• IV antibiotic therapy
• Wound care
• Chronic disease management
• Workers' compensation cases
• Catastrophic injury cases
• Post-surgical skilled nursing
• Complex clinical care

Conduct regular in-person visits and educational meetings with referral sources.
Develop and execute territory-specific growth plans for:

• West Central Las Vegas
• Southwest Las Vegas
• Henderson

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that increase skilled admissions and revenue.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Online Lead Generation
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase awareness and demand for BrightStar Care's skilled nursing services.
Work with leadership and marketing vendors to:

• Improve website performance
• Increase qualified online leads
• Enhance local search visibility
• Strengthen digital brand presence

Manage and optimize:

• Google Business Profiles
• Online directories
• Review platforms
• Local search listings

Assist with creation of content related to:

• Skilled nursing services
• Infusion therapy
• Wound care
• Workers' compensation
• Chronic disease management
• Veteran services
• Specialty clinical programs

Monitor and improve:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic
• Lead generation performance
• Online conversion rates
• Review generation efforts

Track competitors' online marketing activities and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to improve AI search visibility and local search performance.

Analytics & Performance Management
Track and report on:

• Referral source activity
• New accounts developed
• Skilled admissions
• Infusion referrals
• Workers' compensation referrals
• Website traffic
• Lead conversion rates
• Revenue generated
• Return on marketing investment

Maintain CRM documentation and referral tracking systems.
Provide monthly reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications
Required

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience.
• Proven success generating healthcare referrals and business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with:

  • Google Business Profiles
  • Online reputation management
  • CRM systems
  • Website analytics
  • Social media marketing
  • Content marketing
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Existing healthcare referral relationships within the Las Vegas market.

• Knowledge of skilled nursing and home care operations.
