Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our private concierge primary care clinic in Renton, WA. This unique 1:1 provider-to-MA opportunity offers a higher-touch, lower-volume patient environment where you can practice a comprehensive clinical scope, build long-term relationships, and enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekend shifts.


Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Procedures: Perform patient intake, measure vital signs, and execute a full clinical MA scope including phlebotomy, EKGs, ear lavages, and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) testing.
• Front Office & Administration: Manage incoming calls, return patient communications, assist with prescription refills, and coordinate patient flow in a 1:1 ratio with your dedicated provider.
• Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate support to a primary care population (predominantly adults aged 45-105, alongside occasional pediatric and family care patients).
• Concierge Practice Flow: Adapt to a comprehensive care model that prioritizes longer appointment times, thorough patient engagement, and collaborative teamwork.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience (5+ years preferred).
• Specialty Background: Strong background in Primary Care or Family Medicine; open to candidates with Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience. Broad clinical exposure across diverse diagnoses and medications is required.
• Core Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in phlebotomy, performing EKGs, ear lavages, and ABI testing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal communication, strong professional rapport-building skills with older adult populations, and a high degree of adaptability and autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
• Experience Level: 5+ years of dedicated primary care outpatient experience.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Work Style: 100% On-site (Renton, WA).
• Full-Time Option: 36-40 hours per week across 4 weekdays (typically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with an occasional end time up to 6:00 PM depending on patient volume).
• Part-Time Option: 20+ hours per week (typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
• Weekends: None.
