AR Coordinator

Position Summary

Ogletree Deakins has the opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the firm's expanding Accounting and Finance department. This candidate will need to have an intermediate understanding of accounting principles as well as a general knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley. It requires the ability to multi-task and to make informed decisions with the information provided. Candidate must be able to designate when a situation requires the guidance of management and when to escalate. Accountability is the attribute needed to succeed in this position.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

Essential Functions

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Inbox request
• Respond to audit requests
• Assist with client ACH Setups
• Complete vendor forms
• Run Aging Reports

Requirements

• Post payments in a timely manner
• Apply credits to posted bills
• Process Refunds using Chrome River
• Reconcile accounts
• Perform payment reversals

Wage Transparency

The pay range for this remote position varies by location. Pursuant to the applicable state and local regulations the pay range for each location is listed below. Actual compensation is contingent on relevant experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and the benefits described below. The application deadline for this position is 12/31/2026.

Ogletree is a multi-state employer. The pay ranges listed reflect compensation for the specific location identified. For roles performed in locations not listed, compensation will be determined based on the applicable location for the position.

• California: Pay range $40,310 to $61,890
• Colorado: Pay range $43,139 to $55,827
• Connecticut: Pay $43,139 to $58,916.
• Illinois: Pay range $45,526 to $58,916.
• Jersey City, New Jersey: Pay range $47,824 to $61,890.
• Nevada: $38,984 to $50,450.
• Maryland: Pay range $40,310 to $55,827.
• Massachusetts: Pay range $47,824 to $61,890.
• Minnesota: Pay range $40,310 to $$52,166.
• New Jersey: Pay range $47,824 to $61,890.
• New York City, New York: Pay range $47,824 to $61,890
• New York State: Pay range $38,984 to $61,890.
• Ohio: Pay range $38,984 to $50,450.
• Rhode Island: Pay range $38,984 to $52,166.
• Washington, D.C.: Pay range $45,526 to $58,916.
• Washington (State): Pay range $45,526 to $58,916.
