What Youll Do
Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds
Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and wound care
Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and discharge summaries in electronic records
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care plans and progress
Support and supervise rehab team members, including assistants and aides
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical requirements and standards
What You Need
Required:

Valid Physical Therapist license for Oklahoma
CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of relevant PT experience, preferably in LTC settings
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred:

Experience with wound care and complex patient cases
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
