OverviewNelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level Energy Regulatory Attorney to its Energy, Environmental and Projects Team. This position is preferably open to the D.C., Charlotte, Columbia, and Houston offices, but is open to any Nelson Mullins office location. The Energy, Environmental and Projects team have represented energy clients on energy transactions, energy regulatory matters, and energy policy throughout the United States, including at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and at state utility commissions. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills and have strong academic credentials.Required Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience gained at a mid-size to large law firm setting.Experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)Admitted to and in good standing to the Bar in the applicable jurisdictionAt Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.The salary/wage range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 annually.
