Now Hiring: Welders (A Shift & B Shift) | Rochester, NY Area
Adecco is currently hiring for multiple Welder positions throughout the Rochester, NY area! If you have welding experience and are looking for your next opportunity with a growing manufacturer, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $25 - $35/hr -Competitive pay based on experience
Shifts Available:
A Shift (Days)
B Shift (Evenings/Nights)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on production requirements

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required

• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
