We are seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Welders to work in our Vessel Shop to support the manufacture of High-Pressure Vessels & Filter Housings.**1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) **Job DescriptionThe welder is capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.Responsibilities:Understand and follow all safety procedures.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Weld and document production of products.Ability to Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet all specifications.Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced.Document and report raw material consumption for all finished product.Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
