We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our overnight production team in Dubuque, IA.As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys learning new skills, and wants to be part of a team that values its employees, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoSet up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions.Load and unload parts and materials while maintaining production flow.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues when needed.Complete production records and required documentation accurately.Maintain production goals while following all safety procedures.Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production throughout the shift.Cross-train in other production areas as needed.Assist with additional production duties and projects as assigned.What We're Looking ForMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate.Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 65 lbs, and rarely up to 75 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout an entire shift.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Preferred SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Dependable with a positive work ethic.Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Work EnvironmentThis position is performed in a production/manufacturing setting and requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
