Assembler 1st/2nd/3rd Shift | $20$24/hr | Anoka, MN

You'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and learn valuable technical skills such as wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and brazing all supported through structured training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Unit assembly Build heating and cooling units following engineering specs and quality standards.
• Hand & power tools Use tools to assemble, secure, and finish exterior components.
• Technical skill development Learn wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and brazing through structured training.
• Blueprint reading Interpret diagrams and instructions for more complex builds.
• Cross-training Rotate between departments to expand skills and support production needs.
• Safety & quality Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in manufacturing and hands-on work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience with hand/power tools
• Ability to read technical instructions or blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced processes

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
