Santanna Energy Services is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as the company’s primary in-house legal advisor. The role focuses on day-to-day legal support, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and governance responsibilities in a fully remote capacity for candidates in TX, FL, IL, PA, OH, and WI.

The attorney should bring extensive retail energy regulatory experience and proven ability to manage outside counsel and regulatory affairs.
